REMINDER: Review NIFA Rules for container specifications. Variations have been seen at Regional SAFECONs that may not be allowed. For example, if made of the same material as the container, any pieces used to secure the closable message compartment must fit within the dimension limits of the container. Safety pins, plastic ties, clips, or similar items would not be part of the container dimension limits. If any doubt exists whether your container design complies with the new rules, ask the Chief Judge or Senior Chief Judge before the event begins.
